We want all of our orders to be LOVED by you and your Littles. Product can only be returned if it has not been washed or worn. This is due to hygiene and we can not resell worn products. We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order and the return package must be dated by the postal service within the 7 days in order to receive the full refund. In order to start the process, please email us at email@example.com. Let us know that you'll be returning the product and then mail the goods. Please keep your tracking information. Once we receive the returned merchandise, we will then issue a refund. Buyers are responsible for the paying of the return shipping.
We sometimes run out of sizes quickly so we ask that you email us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you'd like to start an exchange that way we can pull the pair that you'd like in return. Exchanges must be made within 7 days of receiving the products. They can only be made if an item has not been washed or worn. Shipping must be covered by the buyer in one direction (either shipping back the items that need to be returned or having the new product sent out). Once we receive the returned product, we will then send out your new order.
Local pickup is also available as a shipping method. We are located in Gilbert, Arizona (Zipcode: 85234). Simply choose the Free Local Pickup Option under shipping while you are checking out. You will receive an email with the pickup address once the order has been processed. All pickup orders must be picked up within 2 weeks of the ready to pick up email. After that, we will refund your order and make the product available for other buyers. Please let us know if you have any special requests via email.
